Exclusivity
Say in your spec if you need it. The seller decides whether to offer exclusive terms, and you know which before you talk price.
For buyers
Korra qualifies every business that brings us its records and routes each one to the buyer whose spec it fits.
Say in your spec if you need it. The seller decides whether to offer exclusive terms, and you know which before you talk price.
You sign an NDA with Korra before we name a seller or share a sample. Sellers see neither your name nor your spec without your OK.
The seller keeps ownership. You license an agreed copy for agreed uses. Each seller states its right to license those records, and we check the business and the person signing as far as we can.
Your spec sets the bar: format, volume, history, and what a sample must pass. You see a de-identified sample before you sign.
